great stay with small room for improvement

The staff provided really good service and prepared a to-go snack for us when we had to leave early on our second day. The hotel was beautifully maintained with an amazing view from our room. The complimentary breakfast was good, with options that impressed us.

Stunning and awesome location within a close distance from Anatolia Cemetery. Also - next to market and restaurants and town center and shuttle bus terminal. Plentiful and satisfactory breakfast, wonderful double room. Different choice of fresh bread and fruit at breakfast.

The hotel staff is delightful and cheerful. The units are outstanding with the view to pamukkale mountain...

The room was spacious and provided a fine view of Pamukkale's travertine terraces. The breakfast offered delicious local dishes, and the staff were friendly.

Some areas need maintenance.

The place was impeccably clean with an amazingly attentive and top-class staff at the reception desk. Its location was comfortable, close to restaurant is the best in Turkey, a taxi, and the Hieropolis.

Everything was simply fine. It was perfectly clean and the staff were exceptionally attentive and top-class, beds were comfortable. The breakfast was above average and rich with beautiful views of travertines, and the pool was lovely😀😀

Seasonal outdoor pool was nice. Breakfast area had too many flies.

The room was very clean, and we enjoyed relaxing by the nice swimming pool open until 11pm. Plus, the view of the travertine terraces was fine.

The noise from the nearby disco was unbearable at night!!! The outdated bathroom fixtures really detracted from the experience!!! The cash-only policy forced me to waste time searching for an ATM when I could've been enjoying the hotel!!!

The hotel is gorgeous with a lovely outdoor swimming pool, fine views from the rooms, and a convenient location for local eateries.

the shower was kinda iffy. but the staff was super helpful and the breakfast had a great variety. plus, the location is perfect for popping over to the travertines, and the pool was really clean.

Amazing homemade Turkish breakfast

Friendly staff provided excellent service, offering helpful advice and arranging transportation, seamlessly enhancing the experience. Breakfast featured delicious local jams and a variety of tasty options. The lack of air conditioning was great. The cleanliness could be improved in some areas.

Great view and comfortable stay

The beds were super comfy, and the breakfast included a true Turkish spread, a delicious start to the day. One thing to note is that the shower wasn't functioning properly, which could definitely use some attention.
